Please be advised that extra holding time may be imposed by Canada Border Services Agency. Standard international packages may take longer than expected. Also, please note that due to customs clearance, parcels to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Italy may be subjected to extra holding time.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, we will not charge you extra for each shipment. Orders that have not been received within 12 weeks will be refunded or resent upon request.
In certain cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We work hard to get your orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. Therefore, as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, we immediately package all item(s) for shipment for the next business day. There is a very small window of time where we can catch your order before it is physically packed and shipped. Therefore, you would need to e-mail us at email@example.com or complete the "Contact Us" form on the website as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" along with your full name and order number to stop the order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your item(s) returns within 21 days of purchase. We want to make your experience with Your Style Clothing top notch. So, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of receipt of your item(s), with your order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason for return.We will refund or exchange any damaged or missing item(s) upon request.
How long does it take to receive the refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of notifying us of any items lost in transit or damaged.If the item(s) damaged, we would ask that it is shipped back prior to a full refund.
