Is this a dropshipping store?

No, this is not a dropshipping store. All of our merchandise are shipped directly from our home office located in Atlanta, GA. All of our merchandise is handpicked to ensure high quality and trendy apparel to our beloved customers.

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders are shipped directly from our home office located in Atlanta, Georgia (USA).

When will my order ship?

All orders purchased by 3:30 p.m. EST will be shipped out the same day. There are instances when we have many orders to process and it can take 1-2 days to ship out. However, you will always be provided a tracking number of your item. 

Will my order get to me without any issues?

We always strive to provide our customers the best experience by using USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx and DHL for deliveries inside the United States and abroad. All of our shipments leave our home office in Atlanta, GA. When items are being shipped to customers in a country other than the USA, we cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs. 

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

When will I receive my order?

Here's what to expect once your order is placed: 

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed. 
  2. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click on the "Track Shipment" link within the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information.

Why don't you accept my currency?

Right now we're able to show dozens of global currencies to give you a sense of how our prices convert into other currencies. We're working to implement new payment systems that will allow us to accept different currencies, but also dozens of different regional payment systems. So while the content of your cart may currently be displayed in your local currency, Your Style Clothing process all orders in USD.

Will my item fit? How are the sizes?

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different body shapes and sizes of all customers. We offer products that come in a range of Women styles in a full range of typical U.S. style sizes (Small through 6XL). 

Each product is different, so make sure to check the sizing guide in each page, as some products may be very fitted. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.

Can I return and/ or exchange my item(s)?

All new and unworn items can be returned and/ or exchanged for up to 21 days from the date the item was delivered. Click here to learn more about theReturn and Exchange policy. Please note that Sale items are final. 

What about shipping and delivery?

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Although it is not unusual for us to process orders on some weekends and/or holidays to assure our customers are able to quickly enjoy their item. Please remember that the delivery of your order is determined by the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL) once it leaves the store. 

Once a package leaves the boutique, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. Please have your tracking number available when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

How can I pay for my order?

All major credit cards are accepted, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay and Shopify Pay.

 When will my credit card or PayPal account be charged?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card or PayPal account will then be charged when the order is shipped. We will send you an email confirmation of your order once you have completed the order.
